3. User Eligibility

To use Status Xpress, you must:

WhatsApp Compliance: You must comply with WhatsApp's Terms of Service when using our App. Any violation of WhatsApp's terms may also constitute a violation of our Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Accuracy or completeness of recovered or saved content
  • Compatibility with all devices or WhatsApp versions
  • Data loss prevention or recovery guarantees

WhatsApp updates or policy changes may affect App functionality, and we are not responsible for such impacts.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access
  • Service interruptions or technical failures
  • Actions of third parties, including WhatsApp

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
