Frequently Asked Questions

First, view the status in WhatsApp, then open Status Xpress and navigate to "Recent Status." You'll see all recently viewed statuses that you can save with a single tap.
Message recovery requires notification access permission. Go to Settings > Apps > Status Xpress > Permissions and enable "Notification Access." Note that we can only recover messages that appear in notifications.
Yes, Status Xpress is completely safe. We only access files that WhatsApp stores publicly on your device and don't collect personal data. All processing happens locally on your device.
Absolutely! Status Xpress fully supports both regular WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business. You can save statuses from both apps and use all features with either platform.
Open Status Xpress, go to the main menu, and tap on "Dark Mode" to toggle between light and dark themes. The setting will be remembered for future use.
